So
what's The Green Box Shop all about?
The Green Box Shop, established 2005, is all about giving you a
healthier and greener
option. All about bringing effective and affordable, natural
and Eco friendly everyday products to your home.
The reason I'm so passionate about it?
I genuinely believed that if a product was being sold, it must have
been tested for safety,
how wrong I was!
Consequently, since realising my error I've spent 9 years 'buying
and trying' many, many, many different allegedly natural products.
Often they do not prove to be natural at all. Often they simply
don't work (and to make it worse you pay a premium!) So here they
are, all my favourites for you to order, try and (hopefully) fall
in love with!
The selection criteria is simple:

It's not just our products that are Green however, we try and work
that way too.
Refill service - available
for local customers; laundry liquid/washing up liquid/shampoo
Packaging - all either
recycled or reused or biodegradable (please feel free to hand your
green recycled paper bags* back to us for reuse!) *tree aid scheme
Office/Storeroom -

of promotional literature - green inks/recycled card/paper,
reclaimed product racking ...
Suppliers - products
sourced locally wherever possible, overseas suppliers offset emissions.

The one area we struggle with is that of deliveries to your door.
Currently we use couriers nationwide and locally we organise deliveries
as efficiently as possible in time/area bands to minimise vehicle
use. We further offset our emissions according to fuel usage. The
future looks even better however. We have exciting plans to introduce
pedal power and Bio diesel vans...watch
this space!
